Because motherhood wasn't meant to be done alone.
...yet here we are, trying to figure out if wake windows are a thing, living in fear of our babies falling asleep while feeding, obsessing over self settling skills and worrying why our babies only take 20 minute naps.
My Confident Sleepers course is where you stop guessing.
This is the kind of sleep support, that I wish every parent had access to. Real advice without sleep training, without making you feel guilty, and without junk science.
Just real, evidence based help, when you actually need it.

Sleep doesn't stay the same - and neither does your child
As your little one grows, their sleep will naturally evolve too.
New milestones, changes in routine, illnesses, teething, dropping naps, starting nursery, developmental leaps, and toddler boundary-testing can all impact sleep along the way.
That's why support shouldn't end once things improve.
When new challenges come up, you'll have a place to turn for expert guidance, practical solutions, and ongoing support to help you navigate each new stage with confidence.
Why listen to me...?
There is a lot of noise in the sleep world. Follow wake windows. Don't follow wake windows. Sleep train or they'll never sleep. The overtired myth. Feed to sleep. Don't, because it's a bad habit.
With so many conflicting opinions, it's easy to feel overwhelmed.
Inside Confident Sleepers, we cut through the confusion and focus on what matters: sleep science, evidence-based information, and practical strategies that work in the real world.
I'm Sandy, an OCN Level 6 Certified Sleep Consultant with over 20 years of experience supporting babies, children, and families as a nanny and maternity nurse. My approach is gentle, responsive, and centred around understanding the individual child rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions.
My goal is to help you feel confident understanding your child's sleep, so you can navigate changes and challenges with less stress and more certainty.
I can't wait to welcome you inside.
This isn’t something you join and forget about.
It’s not a one-off call.
And it’s definitely not another corner of the internet telling you there’s only one “right” way to do things.
If you’re here for “just put them down awake” or “leave them for a few minutes”…
You’re in the wrong place.
Because I don’t do that.
And I’m not interested in dressing it up as “gentle” either.
Here’s how I actually support sleep…
Evidence-based… not just “I saw this on Instagram” advice
No vague tips. No random opinions. No “this worked for my friend’s baby so it must work for yours.”
Everything I share is grounded in actual research, so you know it’s not just noise. it’s support that actually makes a difference.
No sleep training (yes, really)
Not the “gentle” version where you still leave them for a few minutes.
If it involves limiting your response to your baby, it’s not happening here.
You get to respond, support, feed, cuddle, and do what feels right, while still improving sleep.
Because you deserve to feel human again
This isn’t about perfect sleep, it’s about helping you get enough rest to function, think clearly, and not feel completely done by 9am.
You’ll get real support, not just a plan and a “good luck.”
“Gentle” doesn’t mean waiting a few minutes before responding to your baby.
It means you get to make decisions that actually feel right for your family, and be fully supported in them.
