Come along to my 1:1 Baby & Toddler Sleep Clinic at Nest

Is your baby waking what feels like a million times a night? Are they relying on feeding, rocking or being held to get back to sleep? Or have you spent hours trying to make wake windows, nap schedules and bedtime routines work, only to find that absolutely nothing seems to slot together?

My 1:1 sleep clinic at Nest is your chance to sit down with me for a 15-minute, personalised deep dive into your little one’s sleep. We can look at what’s happening, what you’ve already tried, what might be getting in the way and, most importantly, what could actually help. Bring all your questions, big or small, we'll cover it all.

My sleep clinic takes place at Nest on the second Monday of every month, from 9:30 am, with just four appointments available each session. You’re very welcome to bring your baby or toddler - we’ll have toys ready for them, plus hot tea and coffee for you. ☕️

Because motherhood wasn't meant to be done alone

Confused about wake windows or worried about creating “bad habits” from feeding to sleep?

Hi, I'm Sandy

At Wildhood Sleep, I often describe my approach as gentle and holistic, and I know those words can feel a bit overused, so here’s what I actually mean.

I don’t believe in “training” babies to sleep. Sleep isn’t a skill they need to learn - it’s influenced by so many factors. That’s why I look at the whole child: feeding, birth story, nutrition, development, and how sleep works biologically.

When I say gentle, I mean relationship-first. Babies sleep better when they feel safe, supported, and secure, not when comfort is withheld. Lasting change comes from trust, not pressure.

I also focus on the wellbeing of the whole family. Sleep doesn’t exist in isolation, and neither do you.

And I’ll always be honest, there’s no quick fix or guarantee your baby will suddenly sleep through. But with the right support and understanding, things do improve.

Because the truth is, waking in the early months is normal. Baby sleep is lighter, shorter, and wired that way for a reason. It’s not something to “fix” - it’s something to move through, with support.

Evidence-based… not just “I saw this on Instagram” advice

No vague tips. No random opinions. No “this worked for my friend’s baby so it must work for yours.”

Everything I share is grounded in actual research, so you know it’s not just noise. it’s support that actually makes a difference.

No sleep training (yes, really)

Not the “gentle” version where you still leave them for a few minutes.

If it involves limiting your response to your baby, it’s not happening here.

You get to respond, support, feed, cuddle, and do what feels right, while still improving sleep.

Because you deserve to feel human again

This isn’t about perfect sleep, it’s about helping you get enough rest to function, think clearly, and not feel completely done by 9am.

You’ll get real support, not just a plan and a “good luck.”

“Gentle” doesn’t mean waiting a few minutes before responding to your baby.

It means you get to make decisions that actually feel right for your family, and be fully supported in them.

You don’t need to keep doing this alone.
