Ready to reduce night feeds but unsure where to start?
Â
This supportive and practical workshop will guide you through the night weaning process in a way that feels gentle, responsive, and realistic for your family. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, we'll look at the foundations that make night weaning easier and more successful.
Â
Together, we'll explore your child's sleep needs, how to optimise sleep pressure, and how to ensure feeding needs are being met during the day. You'll learn about the different ways to move away from feeding to sleep and how to gradually reduce night feeds while maintaining connection and responsiveness.
Â
During the workshop, you'll receive worksheets, sleep need calculators, and age-based sleep averages to help you understand your child's unique needs and create a clear path forward.
A calm nervous system is the foundation of sleep.

The perfect moment doesn’t exist, but you want to do the hard things at an easy time.Â
Hi, I'm SandyÂ
At Wildhood Sleep, I often describe my approach as gentle and holistic, and I know those words can feel a bit overused, so here’s what I actually mean.
I don’t believe in “training” babies to sleep. Sleep isn’t a skill they need to learn - it’s influenced by so many factors. That’s why I look at the whole child: feeding, birth story, nutrition, development, and how sleep works biologically.
When I say gentle, I mean relationship-first. Babies sleep better when they feel safe, supported, and secure, not when comfort is withheld. Lasting change comes from trust, not pressure.
I also focus on the wellbeing of the whole family. Sleep doesn’t exist in isolation, and neither do you.
And I’ll always be honest, there’s no quick fix or guarantee your baby will suddenly sleep through. But with the right support and understanding, things do improve.
Because the truth is, waking in the early months is normal. Baby sleep is lighter, shorter, and wired that way for a reason. It’s not something to “fix” - it’s something to move through, with support.
Evidence-based… not just “I saw this on Instagram” advice
No vague tips. No random opinions. No “this worked for my friend’s baby so it must work for yours.”
Everything I share is grounded in actual research, so you know it’s not just noise. it’s support that actually makes a difference.
No sleep training (yes, really)
Not the “gentle” version where you still leave them for a few minutes.
If it involves limiting your response to your baby, it’s not happening here.
You get to respond, support, feed, cuddle, and do what feels right, while still improving sleep.
Because you deserve to feel human again
This isn’t about perfect sleep, it’s about helping you get enough rest to function, think clearly, and not feel completely done by 9am.Â
You’ll get real support, not just a plan and a “good luck.” Â
Who is this workshop for?
Â
This workshop is designed for parents of babies aged 10 months and older who are ready to begin reducing or eliminating night feeds.
Â
Parents of younger babies are welcome to attend for future planning and education, but I generally recommend waiting until your baby is at least 10 months old before starting the night weaning process.
Â
You'll leave with practical tools, greater confidence, and a clear understanding of how to approach night weaning in a way that feels right for your family.
“Gentle” doesn’t mean waiting a few minutes before responding to your baby.
It means you get to make decisions that actually feel right for your family, and be fully supported in them.
