Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I purchase a package?

Once you’ve purchased your package, you’ll get a link to fill out my online sleep intake form (so much easier than scanning or uploading anything!) and a sleep diary, if needed.

You’ll also be able to book your consultation right away, usually for around 10 days’ time, which gives you enough breathing room to complete the forms. If life gets in the way (because, well, kids!), we can always rearrange.

The information you share helps me get a really clear picture of what’s going on with your child’s sleep, so I can create an easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan that actually fits your family. I’ll talk things through during our call, and I’ll check in along the way, reviewing progress and tweaking the plan if needed. You’ll never be left to figure things out alone.

Will my baby cry?

I don’t use “cry it out” or controlled crying in any of my approaches...ever. Your baby will never be left to cry alone.

That said, babies communicate through crying, and sometimes they’ll protest a bit when things change (because change can be hard, especially for little ones!). But the difference is, they’ll always be supported, comforted, and reassured through it.

What are your qualifications?

I’m a Holistic Sleep Coach, having completed the Holistic Sleep Coaching Program (Level 6), the most comprehensive, degree-level training available in the UK through the Open College Network. It’s led by experts across multiple fields: paediatricians, occupational therapists, allergy specialists, doctors, dieticians, health visitors, and IBCLCs.

The course covers everything from allergies, autism, and nutrition to anxiety, mental health, SIDS, and multiples.

Before that, I completed a degree in Child Development at the University of Vienna, and I’ve spent over 22 years working hands-on with families as a nanny and maternity nurse, caring for children from one week to eight years old. I also hold an OCN Level 4 Maternity Nurse qualification.

I’m bilingual in German and English, and I know a bit of sign language, too.

Do you work with multiples?

I work with families in all shapes and sizes, singletons, twins, and siblings of different ages. If you’re starting a plan for multiple children at once, the additional investment is £95 per extra child, which includes extra consultation time and a separate sleep plan for each child. Simply email me beforehand and I will send you a bespoke package.

My role is to support your whole family, helping you understand what’s going on, create gentle structure, and bring back calmer, happier nights.

Is your service available only in specific locations in the UK?

Not at all! I offer consultations across the UK and internationally. Everything can be done remotely, so wherever you are, I can support you from the comfort of your own home.

How long does it take to see results?

Every family’s different. Some see changes within just a few days; for others, it takes a bit longer. Most families start noticing improvements within the first week, and we build from there.

Do you provide a guarantee?

Because every baby (and family) is unique, I can’t guarantee specific results, but I can promise my full support, expertise, and guidance every step of the way.

When you work with me, you’re investing in my time to understand your child, assess your situation, and create a plan that feels doable for your family. I’ll be there to guide you through it, but the magic happens with your consistency. Stick with the plan, and together we’ll make meaningful, lasting changes to your sleep.
