Baby Sleep Consultant
Sleep Coaching for babies 0-5 months
Becoming a parent is a wild, beautiful ride - incredible, but not without its challenges. In these early months, broken sleep and night feeds are completely normal.
Still, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by all the advice out there, worrying about “bad habits” or whether you’re doing it right. My biggest piece of advice? Trust your instincts. You know your baby best - and if what you’re doing works for you, keep going.
But if you’re running on empty or simply want to build healthy sleep habits from the start, I’m here to help. A strong sleep foundation now can make a world of difference for both you and your little one.

What even is Holistic Sleep Support?
Holistic support means I don’t just look at sleep in isolation. I look at your little one’s temperament, sensitivities, and unique needs to create a plan that truly fits them. Some babies need a gentler, slower approach, while others can move quicker, and knowing the difference is everything.
You won’t find sleep training methods here. I dig deep into the real reasons your baby or toddler is struggling with sleep, so we can address the root cause in a way that’s both evidence-based and responsive.
It’s the opposite of handing out “painkillers” for shoulder pain without asking what’s causing it. Around here, we get to the heart of the problem so your family can finally get the sleep you need.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I continue to co-sleep with my baby?
Absolutely. If co-sleeping feels right for your family, we’ll work with it — not against it. I’ll help you integrate safe co-sleeping practices and strategies that improve everyone’s sleep quality, while keeping your baby’s needs at the centre.
Can you help even if my baby has reflux or colic?
Yes, though I always recommend checking in with an IBCLC (lactation consultant) first. Sometimes, sleep struggles stem from underlying feeding issues such as poor latch, tongue tie, or reflux. Once those are addressed, we can work together to gently support better sleep.
At what age should I consider using a sleep coach for my baby?
You can seek support from a sleep coach as early as a few weeks old, though many parents find it especially helpful around 3–5 months, when sleep patterns begin to emerge. It’s never too early to start building gentle routines and healthy sleep habits that last.
What methods do you use for babies 0–5 months?
My approach isn’t about “sleep training”, it’s about understanding and optimising your baby’s natural rhythms. Together, we’ll explore your baby’s sleep cues, needs, and routines to create an environment that supports rest. It’s not about forcing long stretches of sleep, but rather setting up the right foundations so your baby can sleep through naturally, when they’re ready.
